Terms and Conditions of the Offer

• The offer is valid for contracts signed until 31/8 , provided there are no outstanding debts or active settlements with the previous supplier, regardless of the consumption level.
• It applies to energy customers connected to the low voltage network under the G21 commercial tariff category.
• The preferential price is granted only upon timely payment of all bills issued prior to the final settlement bill. Otherwise, the charges will revert to the published price list. The fixed monthly fee applies in all cases, including when payments are made on time.
• The discount amount will be credited to the first bill issued after the electricity consumption settlement bill and will apply to the previous billing cycle, provided that all bills have been paid on time.
• Discounts apply exclusively to the competitive component of the electricity bill.
• The offer is available until 31 August, 2025, and applies exclusively to new supply contracts with a duration of twelve months. Activation of the program is available only through the Eunice Power website or the customer service call center.
